The SDS plus-7 Drill Bit performs precision-drilling in reinforced concrete. Its full carbide head with 5 cutters is fused with IDS welding technology to drill with a very high level of accuracy. A vibration-reduced power transfer from the rotary hammer to the full carbide head is provided by the 2 + 2 flute design, which is made of high-alloy steel and created using optimised hardening technology. This offers the stability necessary for exact results. To prevent wandering and obtain a precise hole diameter, the Activeteq centring tip guides the drill position from the start. The bit is intended for use on masonry, concrete and reinforced concrete. To achieve accurate results, the visibility of the wear mark indicates if the diameter of the hole is still in tolerance for metal anchor setting.
