Boschendal Brut Sparkling Wine 75cl

Founded in 1685, Boschendal is one of South Africa’s oldest and most iconic wineries. Located in the Western Cape, the estate combines its rich history with a strong commitment to sustainability and biodiversity. For this sparkling wine, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grapes are sourced from cool, high-altitude vineyards exposed to ocean breezes, preserving vibrant natural acidity and expressive flavours. Using only the highest quality first pressings, the wine spends at least 12 months maturing on its lees, creating a fine mousse. Pale gold with delicate bubbles, it opens with aromas of lemon cream and almond biscotti. On the palate, it's creamy with a refreshing minerality and citrus flavours. Great to enjoy on its own, or paired with fresh oysters, panko-crusted prawns, or a gourmet mac and cheese.
