Breville VST072X Waffle Maker

It works great and fits well in the kitchen.

The waffles don't stick and it's easy to clean. Heats up quickly. Quality product that meets my expectations. I recommend it.

The machine seems to work as it should. However, the parcel arrived already opened, the box is damaged and the machine is too (see photos). Broken plastic parts, chipped paint... is that normal? I don't think so. The product doesn't seem new.
