Cloud, a palomino Mustang whose life was chronicled in the 2001 Nature documentary Cloud: Wild Stallion of the Rockies, was born in the Pryor Mountains of Montana.Discovered mere hours after his birth by Emmy Award-winning filmmaker Ginger Kathrens, Cloud’s adventures were recounted by Kathrens in a total of three popular PBS documentaries and books. Over two decades Cloud sired multiple offspring, including a line that shares his palomino color: his dark palomino son Bolder, his look-alike daughter Encore, and his grandson Echo. Though Cloud is now gone, his legacy lives on! We’re celebrating his 30 years of his legacy with this beautiful new model.
