Produced at the city's first legal distillery, Brighton Gin is built around an organic wheat spirit, and features the likes of juniper, coriander, fresh citrus, and milk thistle, which is indigenous to the South Downs. Brighton Gin is registered with the Vegan Society, meaning everything from the ingredients to the bottle's label is animal free. The producers are also proud of their dedication to ethical and sustainable production methods.
