The result is a bold, contemporary gin with intense juniper up front, a warm ginger heart, and bright citrus throughout. Fresh, spicy, and endlessly characterful. SLOVENIAN BOTANICALS, KARST REGION JUNIPER - Crafted with locally foraged juniper and rosehip from Slovenia's Karst region alongside linden flowers from the country's national tree. Coriander, cardamom, angelica, liquorice, and lemon zest complete the botanical bill. Every ingredient tells a Slovenian story. SMALL BATCH, NON-CHILL FILTERED, NO ADDED SUGAR - Botanicals are gently steeped and vapour-infused through the pot still, extracting only the finest essence. The distillate rests for several weeks before being slowly brought to drinking strength at 45% ABV. Non-chill filtered with no added sugar - nothing but natural flavour.
