We harvest, chip, and season locally-grown apple wood then smoke it in our old apple juice tank, before using it to cold smoke our rum blend. FORGED FROM THE FIRE: Inspired by our family's tragic loss, and rebuilding of the family business, so Burning Barn rose from the ashes. When the barn of our family farm burned down, we took inspiration from our tragedy and incorporated smokey, fiery flavours into our rum.
