The surface area is larger among the three papers, so the water path can be kept until it lasts, even if all the fine powder is attached. For Dark Roasts: * For Body & Softness * Thickness 2: Thickness 0.23mm * Density: Middle * Double-sided Crepe (D: Low Height) * This paper has the "double sided crepe" but the height of the pancake is set to be lower.
