For medium roast: * for balance and flavor * thickness 3: thickness 0.28mm * density: low * double-sided pancake (good balanced height) * Well balanced two-sided pancake allows water to circulate more easily. The surface area is larger among the three papers, so the water path can be kept until it lasts, even if all the fine powder is attached. For Dark Roasts: * For Body & Softness * Thickness 2: Thickness 0.23mm * Density: Middle * Double-sided Crepe (D: Low Height) * This paper has the "double sided crepe" but the height of the pancake is set to be lower.
