This extra old calvados contains eaux-de-vie matured for over 20 years in French oak barrels. It is an ultimate expression of Calvados terroir. This mature apple brandy expression is distilled twice in traditional stills, a distinction of AOC Pays d’Auge. Dark amber in colour, this apple brandy reveals baked apple, spices, butterscotch, and pepper on the nose, and opens with oak, vanilla, nutmeg, and cinnamon on the palate.
