From experience gained with Ekar 13s, Campagnolo has developed new cassettes for the Super Record 13 groupset, designed to provide smoother, faster, more precise and silent shifting. Thanks to the reduced thickness of the sprockets and optimized spacing, it has been possible to add an extra sprocket without changing the freewheel body standard: the well-established N3W standard has been maintained without the need for adapters or dedicated hubs. The new tooth profile, combined with the Black Chrome surface finish, improves noise reduction, wear resistance and durability over time. The progression of gear ratios is more gradual, favouring an ideal cadence in all conditions, from uphill to flat sections.
