Can Ràfols dels Caus El Rocallís 2023

El Rocallís is a single-variety Manzoni incrocio white wine produced by the Can Ràfols dels Caus winery in the D.O. Penedès, in Catalonia. El Rocallís is made with clusters that come from vines with ages ranging from 25 to 30 years, which are harvested by hand. The must ferments in French oak barrels where the resulting wine also ages for four or five months, depending on the vintage. Finally it rests in the bottle for 24 months. No selected yeasts are added.
