Montval paper was designed by the painter Gaspard Maillol and manufactured by Canson at his request in the early 20th century. This 300gsm cold pressed paper has a fine grain and excellent capacity for erasability. Corrections can be made easily by cleaning the paper with water using a sponge or a brush. The watercolor paint will be removed and the paper can be worked with again. These high quality artbooks have a spiral binding and elastic enclosure.
