70cl / 48.10% - Distilled at Caol Ila in 2007, this single malt spent 11 years maturing, and during those 11 years, it found its way to us here at MoM Towers. After sampling the contents of the cask, we knew there was only one thing for it this had to become a member of our exclusive Master of Malt Single Cask collection, so we cracked it open, releasing a total of 108 bottles, without added colour or chill filtration.
