Cape Cornwall Spiced Rum (70cl, 40%)

(OUR STORY) - In 1925, mysterious bottles of alcohol were discovered built into the walls of our Bollowal Farm cottage. Legend has it that to avoid high government taxes, rum and other goods were often smuggled into Cape Cornwall by boat and stored in a farm building known as “the Wink”. We now honour that legend by lovingly ageing, mixing and spicing our specially selected and imported Caribbean Rums. (OUR RUMS) - Cape Cornwall Spiced Rum is a blend of a carefully selected 5 year old Bajan rum and 3 year old from the Dominican Republic. We then add our naturally sourced spring water directly from the beautiful Cape Cornwall before further aging alongside fresh Vanilla, homemade caramels, natural honeycomb, sweet oranges, cinnamon and saffron amongst other spices to provide our unique smooth and delicious rums. (HOW TO SERVE) - Best served over ice or with a fiery ginger beer and plenty of ice and lime! Alternatively is a cocktail base with real distinct quality and versatility. (ONLY NATURAL INGREDIENTS) We use no artificial sugars or flavourings only natural spices and ingredients creating a smooth finish
