Grown on the schist slopes of Kasteelberg, facing Swartland, Cape of Good Hope Riebeeksrivier Chenin Blanc 2025 perfectly reflects its high-altitude terroir and the tension of the vintage. Made from old vines trained using the gobelet method, harvested early and partly fermented in wood, this Chenin reveals elegant aromas of quince, nectarine, subtle honey and a touch of stone. On the palate, it combines creamy opulence, ripe stone fruit and chiselled freshness, with a lovely chalky texture and generous length. A complex and structured white with very promising ageing potential.
