Carlube classic oils are designed for veteran, vintage and classic cars which require different oil than those of the present day. Modern lubricants are formulated for modern engines, designed to enable current vehicles to meet emissions legislations. This results in increasingly thinner semi and/or fully synthetic oils. Usually these oils are not suitable for older vehicles, which were designed to use mainly mineral oils with higher viscosities. Carlube classic SAE30 is a specialist lubricant designed for use in veteran, vintage and classic motor vehicles.
