The soundhole has also been shifted to the side of the body, directing the sound at the player to improve monitoring during gigs, and besides being able to plug this ukulele into an acoustic amplifier or PA system, you can stick it through pedals to add delay, reverb or chorus and other effects to really give your stage sound some colour and atmosphere.
