Sacha Lichine was born in Bordeaux and the love of wine is in his blood. He began working in the wine industry on the family estate and has gone through all the stages in the production and marketing of a wine: from the vineyard to sales. He also worked as a sommelier in a well-known restaurant in Boston (United States). Sacha knew that rosé wines had great potential, so in 2006, he acquired Caves d'Esclans with the aim of creating the best rosés in the world.
