SPECIAL EDITION GIN… Our special edition Chalkstream Gold is distilled with Maris Otter barley which is grown in the fields bordering the distillery. Chalkstream Gold has a superbly smooth mouthfeel. Juniper takes centre stage, complemented by the subtle sweetness and unique flavours of Maris Otter barley. Bay and rosemary add a touch of complexity to the bright and botanical blend. TASTING NOTE… Green and herbal with crushed juniper alongside inviting aromas of lemon curd and light strawberry mousse. Then, a refreshing palate defined by a line of wet-stone minerality and flavours of Mediterranean herbs. DISTILLED & BOTTLED IN HAMPSHIRE… From The River Test Distillery in Hampshire comes our Chalkstream Gold Gin! Our distillery is set on the banks of the River Test, hence the name! We produce in small batches with everything distilled and bottled on site - a true Hampshire Gin. THE ULTIMATE GARDEN COCKTAIL… Enjoy a delicious RIVER TEST GARDEN COCKTAIL - Easy to make and rather delicious! Pour 100ml Chalkstream Gold Gin, 50ml St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur, half lime squeezed, 150ml pressed apple juice (Serves 2). Put all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with mint and a white flower like Salvia ‘Clotted Cream’. Cheers!
