ON THE EYES: Pink with ambery highlights ON THE NOSE: Initial aromas of dark berries give way to hints of fig and wild strawberry, spicy notes of allspice and pink and aromatic peppercorn, plus scents of flowery garrigue. ON THE PALATE: A powerful and faceted palate with dark, deep, concentrated fruit. Notable tannins and the mouthwatering bitterness of sloe and cranberry are refreshed on the finish with notes of mint and aniseed. PERFECT SERVE: Serve chilled between 8-10°C
