Champagne Mumm - Cuvée Rsrv Grand Cru - Blanc de Blancs 2012 - Magnum - Caisse Bois

RSRV Blanc de Blancs 2012 is made exclusively from Chardonnay harvested in Cramant, one of the Champagne region's seventeen Grand Cru villages. Located in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, this vineyard, owned by Maison Mumm since 1882, offers ideal climatic conditions and chalky soil that add freshness to the delicacy of the Chardonnay. The grape harvest was late in 2012, with ripe grapes of excellent quality. The vintage is rich in sugar, revealing a wine that is both creamy and lively. Aged in the cellar for a minimum of three years, this low pressure allows the wine to express all its mineral character and subtle effervescence.
