This variety of cane is distinguished by its purplish-blue color and its particularly fruity aromatic potential. Clément Canne Bleue is a Rhum Agricole AOC." * Our process: The blue canes that make up this cuvée are traditionally harvested between January and June at the most opportune time of the season. After extraction of the juice, fermentation and distillation, the Canne Bleuewhite Rhum is left to rest for a long period of time to ensure a rich aromatic profile and an incomparable roundness in the mouth. * Tasting notes: The particular dryness experienced in 2020 allowed us to obtain original Canne Bleue vintages profiles. We were able toassemble two exceptional vats that made this vintage an unmissable year. * Best serve: It is an ideal Rhum for a quality Ti'Punch or an exceptional cocktail.
