Its recipe is preciously kept and passed on within the Habitation Clément. TASTING NOTES: Mahina Coco reveals rich, toasty and complex aromas and flavours of roasted coconut, sugar cane and fresh meringue. A smooth, lively and slightly sweet body leads to an elegant, fairly long finish with hints of roasted walnut and coconut flakes. BEST SERVE: Try Mahina Coco Clément simply on ice, with pineapple juice, or in exoctic island cocktails and batidas. OUR DRINK OF CHOICE: Mahina Colada - 5 cl Rhum Blanc Clément 50° - 3 cl Mahina Coco Clément - 8 cl pineapple juice - 1 tsp lime juice - 2 tsp de fresh liquide cream - Ice cubes Place all ingredients into a shaker or a blender.
