Multi-Surface Formula: Suitable for use on flat and pitched roofs, the advanced rubber roof membrane will adhere to a wide range of surfaces. The flexible and highly elastic rubber roof paint does not need to be applied on top of a primer and offers excellent adhesion to weathered asphalt and bituminous surfaces. It can also be applied just as easily to concrete, brickwork, EPDM, fibreglass, GRP, metal, OSB, plywood, as well as most wooden substrates. Easy To Apply: Before application, all surfaces should be clean and dry, and the rubber roof coating should be thoroughly stirred. No primer is required; just apply one coat using a brush, solvent-resistant roller or squeegee. The liquid rubber paint fully waterproofs after one coat. With a minimum coverage of 1m² per litre, a large area can be easily covered after just one application. The DIY friendly liquid rubber sealant can also be used for larger commercial applications as well as on domestic properties. Durable Waterproofing: Manufactured in the UK, the highly elastic rubber roof membrane will expand and contract in hot and cold temperatures to prevent cracking or peeling. This ensures strong adhesion and waterproofing with a rubber seal on the roof that will last up to 10 years. It is specially formulated to withstand prolonged exposure to the UK's fluctuating weather conditions and offers UV stability that further protects against exposure to sunlight and potential colour loss. Instantly Stops Leaks: The liquid rubber waterproof sealant is an advanced, easy-to-apply waterproof paint that helps to stop roof leaks. The viscose, self-levelling formula will quickly find its way into cracks, gaps and seams on flat roofs and, once cured, will form a watertight rubber sealant. Not only will the rubber paint for roofing stop existing leaks, but it also acts as a leak seal for roofs and will help prevent future damage around areas susceptible to water ingress. Helps Save Money: The durable rubber roof coating will provide a uniform look that lasts, saving you money by avoiding the need to replace the roof. The rubber roof sealant can transform the look of old, weathered roofs that may have deteriorated over time. The rubber paint for roofing comes in three colours, black, grey and white and can make an old roof look like new. Although mostly used on flat roofs, it is frequently used as a rubber roofing for sheds, garages and garden rooms.
