TEN DORSET BOTANICALS, EIGHT WEEKS IN OAK - Built on our flagship Dorset Dry Gin: ten botanicals including pine-led juniper, coriander, orris and angelica root, cassia bark, bitter orange peel, hand-picked marsh samphire, English elderberries and hand-foraged New Forest gorse flowers, distilled in a copper pot still with pure New Forest spring water. Then rested in used 5-year-old Ruby Port casks sourced from a prestigious Port House in Porto, Portugal. The gin gets richer; the oak gets a second life. STRICTLY LIMITED EDITION - Each batch of Conker Port Barrel Gin is yielded from just two unique Ruby Port casks, producing only 500-800 bottles per release. Once a batch is gone, that exact gin is gone for good - every release tastes a touch different depending on the port that soaked the staves. Each bottle is small-batch numbered.
