Serving Suggestion: Stir into soups, stews and sauces to add instant depth (start with 1 tsp); mix with oil and garlic to make a marinade for meat, fish or vegetables like corn on the cob; mix with mayonnaise, ketchup or fresh salsa to add some extra zing to your sauces. Chipotle chillies (48%), water, cider vinegar, concentrated tomato paste (7%), salt, sugar, onion, acetic acid. Store in a cool and dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and use within 4 weeks. Avoid exposure to light.
