We patiently wait to bottle our delicious Damson Gin until the time is right! 50cl 28% ABV SPECIALITY GIN: Damson berries, juniper berries, elderflower, coriander seeds, orange peel, lemon peel, green cardamom, grains of paradise, angelica root and orris root, our own neutral grain spirit, Kentish chalk filtered water and new American oak barrels GRAIN TO GLASS: From the Garden of England, Kentish grain grown in fields within 20 miles of our home in Chatham. Sourcing produce locally helps us control the quality and consistency of every drop!
