Cuisipro SGT 6 Sided Box Grater

The Cuisipro 6 sided box grater is constructed with stainless steel blades and provides 7 different grating styles. Fine for citrus zest and parmesan, coarse for most cheeses and vegetables, ultra coarse for soft cheeses, starburst for parmesan and chocolate, a shaver for chocolate and parmesan and slicer for a variety of vegetables and a ginger grater in base. The base is removable and allows grated food to be collected, this helps to save mess when preparing food. The large handle is soft to the touch which provides a firm grip to reduce movement and is comfortable for ease of use. The outside of the grater has measured units on the side which allows you to grate the required amount when following a recipe. The large grating surface on each side also features a unique vertical groove pattern, this helps the elongated movement when grating all sorts of ingredients. The 6 sided box grater is dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended to prolong the life of the blades.
