Cult Leaders (players) carry out their agendas with their faithful followers. However rival Leaders may try to sabotage you and/or convert your followers, all whilst negotiating unwanted and obstructive Investigators. First choose your Leader's Board and choose from one of the three associated agendas, followed by the side of the compound board. Remove the 5 Under Investigation (UI) cards, shuffle the deck and deal 4 to each Leader. Then add 3 UI Cards in or more for increased difficulty and shuffle again. Place face down as the draw pile and select the correct number of meeples to play with, dependant on the number of players. Play cards from your hand allowing you to gain followers, manage follower placement within your compound, and sabotage rival cult leaders.
