Cuvée Royale - Brut - Champagne Joseph Perrier

Joseph Perrier has sustained its signature and identity through six generations of managers, all from the same family. Each leader has shaped the Maison-s future with their own personality and commitment. Fruit of its founders legacy and their successors ambition, Champagne Joseph Perrier is expressed today through a variety of cuvées. Royale Brut displays a pale yellow-golden colour. The initial nose is discrete, fine and has a lovely aromatic complexity. A fruity bouquet of apples, pears and white peaches develops onto elegant flavours of a more exotic fruit, pineapple. Lastly, the palate unites complexity with lightness, body with freshness. The floral notes of white flowers leave space at the end of the palate for fruity aromas of vine peach to round off with a very lovely acidic finish. Good to enjoy as an aperitif and will pair with a meal. Royale Brut will partner ideally with salmon gravlax.
