Dalmore 30 Year Old 2023 Release Highland Single Malt Scotch Whisky 70cl

This rich Highland single malt comes from The Dalmore, a distillery on the banks of the Cromarty Firth that was founded in 1839. Renowned for producing some of the region's most sought-after spirits, every bottle proudly displays the Mackenzie family crest, a 12-pointed royal stag awarded to the family by a king in 1263. For this 2023 limited edition, the whisky is matured for three decades, finishing its journey in rare Graham’s 1982 single-harvest Colheita Port pipes to add exceptional layers of fruit and spice. The palate is rich and full-bodied with dark chocolate, ripe plum, blood orange, and Colombian coffee, leading into a long finish with marzipan and liquorice. It is best enjoyed neat, over ice, or alongside rich dark chocolate and aged cheeses.
