Debt Collector 'Cask Aged' 1-Year Moonshine (50% ABV) is an American-style ‘young’ whisky, aged for a year in charred virgin American oak. Small Batch, Artisan-produced - Distilled from scratch and matured in London with a mash of mostly corn, plus barley and rye. Tasting Notes - Strong oak up front due to its young maturation followed by light caramel and toasty flavours followed by a spicey finish. Inspired by blues rock in the deep south of America, This Corn liquor is our expression of our favourite tipple in a late night speakeasy. Serving Tips - Perfect served Neat, on ice, or with a splash of squeezed apple juice. Makes an Incredible old fasion as well.
