A 44mm door latch by backset and 64mm by case length, sold as a 2.5 inch door latch and sometimes as a 64mm tubular latch, often listed as a 45mm tubular latch or a 65mm latch, so measure from the edge of the door to the centre of the spindle hole before ordering and this internal door latch will line up with the holes you already have Everything for the door is in the box, one complete latch set with the Decoranddecor 2.5 inch tubular mortice latch for internal doors, a matching antique brass forend, a strike plate, a dust box and four screws, so replacing a worn door latch mechanism is a screwdriver job rather than a trip to the hardware shop Certified to EN12209 and fire rated to FD60 with CE and UKCA marking, a fire rated latch tested for internal fire doors, and the same interior door latch suits ordinary bedroom, bathroom and cupboard doors, so one part covers the whole house Works as a replacement door handle mechanism, internal door handles and knobs bolt straight back on because the square hole is the standard size used in the United Kingdom and takes an 8mm spindle, and a tired door mechanism, internal or otherwise, comes out in minutes with no new holes to drill in most cases A sprung antique brass door latch that returns cleanly every time, with a brass latch bolt that stays quiet in daily use, one of our antique brass door latches for internal door fitting, finished to sit alongside antique brass handles, hinges and knobs across the rest of the room
