Demeyere Atlantis - low pot, 24 cm, 41424 A+41524 / 40850-342

I love this pan. I love this cookware. However, it was obvious that this had been returned as there were scratches on the outside of the pan and the labels had been torn off the original item box.

These are heavy! But they are also stable with excellent heat conduction. The Silvinox does work pretty well also even though they are not as stick-free as the old non-stick pans (with PFOAs and PTFEs).

I've been using a 24cm version of this pan for a month now. I also have a proline 28cm 7 ply frying pan from Demeyere. I can't fault either of them. Works as expected, I dare not use it on high temperature due to it’s so expensive. Must be careful because food tend to stick.
