Wonderful heavy cookware.

I've had a Demeyere frying pan for years and decided to upgrade my All Clad pots to Demeyere. I love the difference the 7 layers make in uniformity throughout the pot. This little size is perfect for one or two servings.

We use this daily to cook steel cut oats and it works great for rice or quinoa as well. This line (Demeyere Atlantis) is fabulous; although they are heavy, they cook very evenly and clean up easily. (Use vinegar to soak tough stains or gently scrub with baking soda to remove burn stains).
