DIYUK Galvanised Steel Wire Rope Thimble 8mm, DIN 6899 Form B Rigging Eye for Wire Rope, Pack of 4

Long-lasting corrosion resistance: made from galvanised steel to DIN 6899 form B, so the loop protecting your wire rope stands up to damp UK weather, outdoor rigging and general engineering use without rusting through. Sized specifically for 8mm rope: overall length 31.5mm, eye width 9.5mm and eye length 20.5mm (approximately 0.31″) are proportioned to 8mm wire rope, so the eye fits correctly instead of a handful of sizes being shared across several rope diameters. Built for real rigging jobs: suited to wire rope eye terminations, general rigging, marine and lifting rope assemblies, tensioned fencing and balustrade wire installations, and agricultural or general engineering rigging wherever a rope loop needs protecting from wear. Ready-to-use pack: supplied as 4 galvanised steel thimbles in 8mm, so you have enough on hand for multiple rope terminations or spares without ordering piece by piece. Recognised standard profile: manufactured to DIN 6899 form B, the standard light pattern used for typical wire rope work, as distinct from the heavier form A pattern used with larger chain and heavier rigging gear.
