DIYUK Hex Head Self-Drilling Tek Screws with EPDM Washer, Zinc Plated 4.8 x 50mm, DIN 7504-K, CE Marked, Pack of 50

Weatherproof one-pass fixing: the bonded EPDM washer forms a weatherproof seal around every fixing point, and the hardened self-drilling point pierces, taps and fastens thin steel sheet in a single pass with no separate pilot hole needed. Fits a standard nut-setter: 4.8mm (No. 10 gauge) fully threaded shank paired with an 8mm across-flats hex washer head, driven with a standard nut-setter fitted to an impact driver or variable-speed drill. Suited to roofing and cladding: the 50mm length gives the extra reach needed for the thickest composite panel builds, fastening trapezoidal and box-profile roof sheets or cladding panels through more material to the structure behind. Ready-to-use pack of 50: supplied as 50 zinc-plated screws with the EPDM washer already bonded to each one, so there is no separate washer to fit before fixing. DIN 7504-K profile, CE marked: made to the recognised hex-washer-head self-drilling pattern and CE marked under a European Technical Assessment. The torque value should be determined experimentally before installation.
