DIYUK Wood Screws 4.0 x 20mm, Pozi Countersunk, Yellow Zinc, Pack of 200 | Multi-purpose, #8 x 3/4", hardened carbon steel, PZ2 drive, 8.0mm head, CE marked to EN 14592

Less cam-out, neater finish: the Pozidriv (PZ) drive grips the bit better than a standard Phillips head and the countersunk head sits flush Strong hold in timber: deep, coarse thread along the full shank for maximum pull-out resistance in softwood, treated timber, chipboard, MDF and most hardwoods Built not to snap: hardened carbon steel with yellow zinc plating for corrosion protection on indoor and outdoor timber projects CE marked for structural timber: this 4.0 x 20mm size is CE marked to EN 14592 for structural timber connections, one of 31 CE marked sizes from 3.5mm to 6.0mm in the range Easy to size: 4.0 x 20mm (#8 x 3/4") with a 8.0mm countersunk head and PZ2 Pozidriv drive, pack of 200; 40 sizes from 2.5 x 10mm to 6.0 x 50mm plus 4.5 x 60mm in packs of 20, 100, 200 or 500 From the garden to the workshop: decking, fence panels, garden sheds, pergolas, gazebos and planters, plus metal plates, brackets and joist hangers fixed to timber, and skirting, architrave and door hanging Fast, clean start: the sharp, precision-cut point bites straight in and resists wandering off-centre, so no pilot hole is needed in most softwoods; use a pilot hole in dense hardwoods or near an edge
