Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc 2024

Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc is a white wine made by Dog Point in Marlborough, in the South Island area (New Zealand). Dog Point Vineyard was founded in 2002 in Marlborough, New Zealand’s leading wine region. A well-known project that stands out for the unique way they cultivate the Sauvignon Blanc variety, producing distinctive wines with the highest quality. Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc comes from independent vineyards owned by the winery in the Wairau Valley. These are Sauvignon Blanc vines planted in silty clay loam soils and cultivated following the “Biogro” programme, an initiative that promotes responsible and environmentally friendly practices. Once harvested by hand, the Dog Point Sauvignon Blanc grapes are pressed in whole clusters and the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks using a combination of native and cultured yeasts.
