Dom Perignon 2010 Rose Champagne

75cl / 12.50% - A spectacular vintage Rose Champagne from Dom Perignon. 2010 presented a challenging harvest with a cool, dry start to the year, followed by the equivalent of two months of rainfall in just two days in mid-August. This resulted in fast, generous maturation; however, some of the pinot noir grapes were struck with Botrytis cinerea. Those that weren't boasted an elevated, sweet, acidic balance, showcased in this intense, yet elegant Champagne. Rested for almost 15 years in the Dom Perignon cellars, it boasts superb tannic structure and bountiful fruit.
