The set-in SlimTaper D Profile maple neck and pau ferro fingerboard yield snappy highs with a warm articulate low end. When plugged in the Dove Studio Electro Acoustic delivers a truly acoustic tone yet with increased projection for stage performances. The electronics include a Fishman SoniTone preamp at the soundhole which allows players to easily adjust volume and tone as well as a Fishman SoniCore pickup underneath the saddle.
