Dryzone Hi-Lime Renovation Plaster is a breathable lime plaster formulated for traditional buildings affected by rising damp and salt contamination. This off-white, dry-blend mix contains natural hydraulic lime and calcite, making it a sympathetic alternative to hard cement renders. Once applied, the plaster creates a porous finish that enables moisture to evaporate naturally, helping walls dry out while limiting salt migration to the surface.The plaster is suitable for use on internal or external walls and is especially compatible with heritage masonry and older substrates. With a low thermal conductivity of 0.4 W/mK, it also offers insulating benefits that make wall surfaces warmer to the touch. Once cured, it can be left as a breathable decorative finish or skimmed with gypsum for a smooth topcoat.Dryzone Hi-Lime Renovation Plaster complies with BS EN 998-1:2010 as a renovation plaster and is applied in two layers: a rough anchoring coat followed by a 15 mm or thicker plaster coat.
