Duffy Sourdough Starter Jar Kit, 1000ml Sourdough Starter Jar with Aluminum Lid, Date Marked Feeding Band, Silicone Scraper, Cloth Cover and Thermometer Band

COMPLETE SET: 1 wide mouth sourdough starter jar, 1 aluminum lid, 1 silicone scraper, 1 thermometer band, 1 date marked feeding band, and 1 cloth cover. SOURDOUGH STARTER JAR: The wide mouth of this glass jar allows you to feed and use starter easily. The wide mouth design also makes it easy to hand wash, wipe or simply put in the dishwasher. RECORD TIME & OBSERVED TEMPERATURE: To indicate the feeding time, move the band sideways, and mark the feeding level by moving the band up and down. The thermometer band can also help you determine the best storage location for your starter. TWO STORAGE METHODS: If you want to store in the refrigerator for a week or longer, the aluminum lid is more airtight and the food will not deteriorate. Also, a breathable cloth with a strong elastic band is better for use during fermentation, allowing air to flow in and out of the jar smoothly. MULTIPURPOSE GLASS JA: This dough starter container fermented tank allows you to keep a variety of ingredients such as sourdough, cookies, rice, cereals, coffee, and nuts. The elegant appearance makes it a perfect kitchen gift for sourdough lovers.
