DW Control Beater Bass Drum Beater

The DW Control Beater was designed in conjunction with the DW Machined Direct Drive (MDD) Pedal. The Control Beater provides you with interchangeable weights and three striking surfaces; flat plastic hard flat felt and spherical felt. The interchangeable weights and striking surfaces allow you to experiment change your setup and find your optimal throw feel and sound. The hard flat felt offers maximum surface contact providing a booming resonant bass drum sound. The spherical felt is rounded and offers small surface contact. This provides a more direct connection producing a clear bass drum sound.
