While Bow Wharf might not be the first place you think of when rye comes to mind, the ELLC team are on a mission to change that with its fantastic whisky. It's crafted using rye and malted barley, which is double pot distilled and matured in a combination of regenerated oak, Hungarian oak, American oak, and even London brandy casks. Suitable for enjoying neat or in some terrific cocktails.
