Non-solvent and non-toxic, our path and patio seal is a virtually invisible water-based sealant that repels stains and resists algae and fungal growth. STRONG: EASYSeal Ultimate is perfect for use on natural stone and concrete paving, garden ornaments, flower pots and more. The water-based concrete paint excels as a driveway sealer, patio sealant, paving sealant and tarmac sealer. HOW TO USE: Our outdoor sealant is easy to use. Simply brush away leaves and debris, shake well before use, and apply a generous even coat with a brush, roller or garden sprayer. Mop up the excess to avoid pooling. For greater enhancement, apply a second coat before the first one dries. Finally, allow 8 hours before walking on the surface and 24 hours for the product to cure completely. LARGE TUB: Each tub has 3L ready mixed patio protector sealant, with coverage up to 18m2 based on one coat depending on surface porosity. Our concrete water sealant resists staining and is environmentally friendly.
