Six-Ply Birch Shells The Efnote 5 is built out of two toms and three cymbals combined with a snare, kick and hi-hat and includes a single tom mount and splash mount. The toms have two trigger zones: the rim and the head, while the snare has an extra rim trigger to support rim clicks. The crash and ride both boast a rim, edge, and bell trigger, have been weighted to mimic the response of real cymbals, and for an electronic kit they're pretty big: a 16 inch crash, an 18 inch ride - and as a sweet bonus effect - an 8 inch splash.
