SMOOTH AND VERSATILE. Laid down in oak barrels for at least three years, this rum is then double filtered through natural charcoal to remove colour, resulting in a spirit that is incredibly smooth and versatile. Perfect for mixing cocktails. TASTING NOTES. On the nose this rum has scents of citrus and vanilla, enhanced by chocolate and raisins. On the palate the 3 year old is smooth, with flavours of coconut and dried fruit and has a rounded finish. ARTFULLY BLENDED. Allowing both time and our unique Demerara climate to take their course, we lay down our oak barrels for decades at a time to imbue El Dorado with unsurpassed dimension and depth.
