El Vínculo Crianza 2022

El Vínculo Crianza is a red wine produced by the winery El Vínculo, in Campo de Criptana (Ciudad Real), within D.O. La Mancha. El Vínculo is one of the 4 wineries of Familia Fernández Rivera. The winery El Vínculo is located in a typical building from La Mancha, converted into a modern winery in 1999.They have old Tempranillo vineyards, of the best sites in the area. Therefore, they can make outstanding wines with a limited production, thus becoming a great reference in this area. El Vínculo Crianza is a red wine made with Tempranillo from vineyards located at around 700 metres of altitude on soils that are a mixture of clay and sand. Once the grapes are harvested manually, they are taken to the winery and destemmed before they are transferred to stainless steel deposits. Here, they undergo the maceration and the alcoholic fermentation. After the fermentation, the wine spends 18 months in American oak barrels, and rests another 6 months in the bottle before going on the market
